Cheese Spaetzle

with Familie Wein smoked ham cubes

Ingredients (serves 2)
1 pack Familie Wein smoked ham cubes (200 g)
1 pack fresh spaetzle – egg dumpling noodles (500 g, chilled section)
80 g aromatic cheese, grated
Crispy onions

Preparation
Fry the smoked ham cubes for about one minute in a hot pan. Add the spaetzle and quickly heat through, then sprinkle over cheese. Allow to melt a little and serve with crispy onions.
